I’ve been reading what some pretty smart lawyers have been saying about this issue.
They said very likely the sentences would run at the same time, all 16. So the max he would do is 3 years.
With little to no criminal past, probation is likely.
If his “drug addiction” defense works, he gets probation which can be REMOVED from his record not too far down the line.
So for possibly getting MANY people injured in a tit for tat war, this POS will likely see no prison time and not even have a record in a few years.
That’s why he said he had drug issues right after it happened.
He’s still saying he’s innocent.
Why not? It leaves doubt in idiots’ minds and by the time the trial comes, in a year, no one will care anymore anyway.
