Airwolf star Jan-Michael Vincent dies aged 74 after suffering cardiac arrest

Jan-Michael Vincent, 1980s TV heartthrob and star of Airwolf, has died.
The actor passed away last month, on February 10, after suffering a cardiac arrest at a North Carolina hospital. He was 74.
TMZ, who obtained the death certificate, reports that no autopsy was performed and the star was later cremated.

I met him and Ernest Borgnine once when I worked in the shipyard in Long Beach while they were filming Airwolf. Ernest Borgnine was a cool and gracious. Jan Michael Vincent was not.

I loved Big Wednesday when it came out. I watched it again only last year. Some parts of it held up pretty well. He seemed to follow in the footsteps of the character he played. Very sad to see him in such a bad way RIP I hope he knew the Lord

That story is extremely poorly written. Unfortunately, that’s not uncommon these days.
I do remember “Airwolf.”
Between drugs and alcohol, automobile accidents, and other health problems, it’s surprising he lived as long as he did. Condolences to his wife and family.
