I too expanded it and see nothing but an unadorned pencil, not some shiny object. On the other hand, the Q post clearly spreveals someone wearing a yellow tie.
[I accept that Huber is a possible if not likely candidate for reflection in the Q pen picture because of the color of the tie, and as we can see from above table picture, that he DOES wear a yellow tie of the correct shade. It is not a requirement that the two pictures were taken in the same time frame. And it is also possible he has a shiny pen - but not seen in that particular round the table picture, imho. ]
What I don’t know is who the others seated near Huber are, who could’ve taken that picture. That might reveal a hint as to a member of the Q team. Just a thought.

How many can’t be seen?
