Regardless of your views on vaccines, can someone point out where in the US Constitution, the federal government has an enumerated power to force vaccines on the citizenry?

It’s not the Federal government that is forcing it on anyone. It’s the states and the habit predates the Federal government.

FYI, General George Washington required mandatory smallpox vaccination of his soldiers.

There is no enumerated power to force people to go to school, to ensure food safety and to quaranteen sick people to name a few.

Hey you want to home school and keep you and yours away from all other people have at it. But in this case your personal ignorance puts others at risk.
