CBS Morning News quoted Bernie Sanders (from a rally on the weekend in Brooklyn) that he condemned someone who had an allowance of $200,000/year. Bernie only had 25 cents (CBS News did not give the period for the allowance).
Clearly John F Kennedy and Robert Kennedy, being the children of Joseph Kennedy, had a very privileged life. They had tutors and were educated at Harvard.
So if Bernie condemns Donald Trump, then he must also condemn the Kennedy boys and their 'spoiled' upbringing. It is unclear how much of the books Why England Slept and Profiles in Courage that John F Kennedy wrote.
I imagine in this line, Donald Trump and John F Kennedy would have similarities. Both had access to resources to do things. In the case of Donald Trump, it was business and real estate. For John F Kennedy, the resources were used for political goals.
If Bernie Sanders is going condemn Donald Trump, then he is also condemning John F Kennedy and Robert Kennedy
Misleading vanity Title and it would have made a good read even without that.
Next time keep it honest.
Your point was still great.
Poor Burney is making up for his underprivileged childhood by becoming the candidate leader in private jet miles.
Bernie never worked in the private sector...his wealth came from the public sector..
Would be fun to see his tax returns BEFORE public service...
I’ve said this before and i will say it again, liberals of today would have killed, hanged or shot people like Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington and others. They are the opposite of the Classical Liberals who founded this nation. the liberals of today lean more Fascist than anything else
No, no, no. Any comparison between Trump and the Kennedys is completely bogus. First of all, the Kennedys were democrats, which like the case of FDR makes their wealth noble and uplifting for all Americans, indeed all of mankind. Trump is a conservative whose wealth was obviously obtained by bilking (one could rightly say stealing, comrade) from the poor and downtrodden.
The Kennedys lived amongst the people in a modest “compound” in Hyannis Port while Trump lives on garish whites-only golf courses.
I could go on and on, but I hope you can see the error of your ways.
And don’t forget Barry. He went to private schools and had a lot more than .25 allowance. Just sayin.
Sanders never had a job in his life and he’s a millionaire............
a sense of life of envy, resentment, and desire to destroy the good is a terrible way to have to go through life
Bernie is proof that the adage, “There is no fool like an old fool.” is absolute truth.
Kennedys made their fortune from bootlegging.
Socialism debunked in two sentences:
1.All of the socialists could meet up, gather all of their wealth together and then divide it equally between themselves.
2.This has never happened.

You’re right - - platforms based on envy and resentment are dreadful.
Kennedys made their fortune from bootlegging.
Uhhh...actually, Bernie never worked.
Old Joe made a lot of money in early Hollywood.
I believe I read that he and Ethel went on a cruise and other the other side of the boat was Gloria Swanson (thanks to Old Joe!). So he would run to one side boink Gloria & then run back to the other side and look respectable with Ethel whenever he needed to do that. According to the story Ethel knew about this (and knew about all his affairs)! She was seen giving her Rosary a workout the entire trip!
The Kennedy’s - style man style !
“Kennedys made their fortune from bootlegging.”

FDR’s money came from the Delano family’s opium trading.

He was unemployed until some fools in Vermont elected this communist as their mayor.
He was a bum for most of his adult life. He hit the lottery when he was elected senator from Vermont.
My opinion of Vermont and the people who live there is right up there with getting a colonoscopy. Or a boil lanced. Or a suffering hangover from a 3-day bender.
Not good, let's say.
Bernie Sanders at Brooklyn rally condemns people like John F Kennedy and Robert Kennedy in attacking/condemning President Trump's Upbring
I believe that would exceed the title size for FreeRepublic.
