A book that pushes the conspiracy theory Qanon climbed within the top 75 of all books sold on Amazon in recent days, pushed by Amazons algorithmically generated recommendations page.
QAnon: An Invitation to the Great Awakening, which has no stated author, ranked at No. 56 at press time, was featured in the algorithmically generated Hot new releases section on Amazons books landing page. The book claims without evidence a variety of outlandish claims including that prominent Democrats murder and eat children and that the U.S. government created both AIDS and the movie Monsters Inc.
The Qanon conspiracy theory moved from fringe parts of the internet in 2018 to achieve national prominence thanks to supporters of President Donald Trump who wore clothes and held signs referencing Q at political rallies. The conspiracy theorys rise was followed by a variety of Qanon-related moneymaking schemes that included merchandise for sale that could also be found on Amazon.
Adherents of the Qanon conspiracy theory falsely believe that the world is run by a Satanic cabal helmed by former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and that President Donald Trump and Special Counsel Robert Mueller are secretly working in tandem to eliminate the cabal.
The book, An Invitation to the Great Awakening, is currently No. 9 in all books about politics, and No. 1 in all books about Censorship, one slot ahead of Ray Bradburys Fahrenheit 451, and immediately followed by classics Lord of the Flies, The Handmaids Tale, and Of Mice and Men.
The paperback, which cost $17 at press time, features outlandish claims, sometimes written in rapid succession with no evidence. On one page, the book baselessly claims that the United States government created AIDS, polio, Lyme disease, some natural disasters, two Indiana Jones movies and the Pixar movie Monsters Inc.

There it is. The hoaxers are finally cashing in.
“On one page, the book baselessly claims that the United States government created AIDS, polio, Lyme disease, some natural disasters, two Indiana Jones movies and the Pixar movie Monsters Inc.”
That’s sarcasm...isn’t it?
DS...gettin’ out in front of the tidal wave...
There it is. The hoaxers are finally cashing in.
NBC would not aid in a pro Trump entity cashing in. This publicity is the next step in a campaign to discredit Trump supporters during the presidential campaigns. A left wing plot from its inception.
yep, thats about right
Will Al Gore never go away???
Later
I've never, EVER heard that discussed and definitely not by Q.
from fringe parts of the internet in 2018 to achieve national prominence
The author of this derp state book meant to say WORLDWIDE PROMINENCE.
Adherents of the Qanon conspiracy theory falsely believe that the world is run by a Satanic cabal helmed by former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and that President Donald Trump and Special Counsel Robert Mueller are secretly working in tandem to eliminate the cabal.
"Falsely believe"
Whoever wrote this derp state propaganda piece obviously knows the truth of everything if they can tell us what is false or not.
Hillary does not "run" the world-wide "cabal", she is but a dues paying member. Funny how this derp author attributes the Mueller/White Hat theory to Q. Another big lie. Q has never said that or hinted at it.
On one page, the book baselessly claims that the United States government created AIDS, polio, Lyme disease, some natural disasters, two Indiana Jones movies and the Pixar movie Monsters Inc.
Indiana Jones and Monsters Inc.? Really? Again, not Q and never discussed within my hearing.
First I've heard of this nonsense. I guess the derps will say just about anything to discredit the Q movement. And you eat it up, Windy. C'mon, man.
This not Q people "cashing in" Windy. This is the derps trying to discredit. Open your eyes, man.
Sounds like deep state disinformation campaign is in full throttle.
First of many.
I just wish someone would ask President Trump about Q. Isn’t it quite amazing that no one ever has???
I don’t even get what the worry over Lyme Disease is even for.
There are several WAY WORSE infections one can get from a tick, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever being the one that is truly terrifying.
Now if the government created two Indiana Jones movies, I’d have to believe that they were the last two entries to the series.
Possibly not, but the "Q enthusiasts" sure come up with some gems.
Not surprising that those get lumped into the official mix by onlookers.
No possibly about it. Indisputably. And yea, some people say the damndest things, don't they?
Not surprising that those get lumped into the official mix by onlookers.
Not surprising at all. Of course they are gonna cherry pick the most insane comments made by fringe people and attribute them to the movement.
Funny how they only pick the kooky "theories" to describe the Q movement, when there's so many good ones to choose from.
Derps are blatantly intellectually dishonest and liars. They are quite frightened of the people knowing the truth, hence this fake book and fake NBC article.
“Trump supporters”...”Q movement”
LOL — So, to be an authentic Trump supporter, we all gotta be Q boobs and conspiracy rubes? “The Plan”. Yeah.
“The hoaxers are finally cashing in.”
Well he’s, but not finally, actually.
The guys that started it on 4chan dropped out and the people who took it to 8chan have LARPed the hell out of a lot of people making lots of money using YouTube as a big revenue generator.
Well into six figures annually for many.
Not bad for all the failed predictions about arresting Hillary, Huma and Podesta. Not to mention the “Trust Sessions” debacle.
The cult is dying but the taken are slow to accept the truth.
“the cult is dying”
Says the post on the threads with under 100 comments about the thread with over 2000 comments every other day
Define projection
This is a hysterical line coming out of NBC where every conceivable conspiracy regarding Trump is splashed gleefully across their media platform, every day, at every level.
“The book claims without evidence a variety of outlandish claims including that prominent Democrats murder and eat children and that the U.S. government created both AIDS and the movie Monsters Inc.”
Psy-op disinformation.
The cabal knows that stolen / hacked / lost / leaked video evidence of their crimes is floating around out there. They were going to go with the meme of “deep fakes” by which it is purported that technology exists that can make incriminating videos of politicians and the global elite which are indistinguishable from reality.
The problem with this is such technology does not exist yet, and this claim is testable. If it existed, they would surely use it to show videos of President Trump and Vice President Pence doing dastardly deeds.
When such tech finally arrives it will become part of the cause of a global meltdown because no one will know what they can believe any more. Things like this, along with weaponized robots and AI, will become a greater threat to humanity than nuclear weapons.
