Bonneville Power ordered the Nuke plant at Hanford to run at 100% power and not to stop for any reason because the dams are at low water flow, there is very little wind to turn the thousand windmills, solar collectors are covered with snow, the coal fired plant was shut down and natural gas pressure is low because of high demand and Inslee has not allowed any more pipelines. Also, natural gas prices are very high so energy will be more expensive.
Inslee also wants to tear down 4 Snake River hydroelectric dams to provide another 300,000 salmon for the 75 Orcas left in Puget Sound.
He thinks carbon is our greatest threat.

True for me also. But definitely not the coldest winter, not by a long shot. However, it is the only winter I remember whereupon it stayed “October” until February and then winter arrived. “The Latest Winter”.
