Sessions is a good man, has a good image to voters. Shelby is similar. BUT ... US Senators are Senators of corporations, of deep pockets, because, without $$$ sponsorship, they don’t survive in DC. I know, I sat down with Packwood and saw firsthand how they operate....

SESSI0NS HAS A L0T 0F FRIENDS IN THE US SENATE.

Understanding the above explains everything including the President’s actions and responses around Sessions.

The Senate will protect itself first. Every Senator is installed by large corporations. Their ‘D’ and ‘R’ labels are secondary to the established order.

P0TUS could not fire Sessions because McConnell would not have the votes to confirm who P0TUS wanted to replace Sessions with....

The President needed the US Senate. Anything he might do to Sessions would bring immediate condemnation from the body which held all power to confirm or deny P0TUS’s judicial picks. This created an impasse, a standoff with Sessions in the middle....

The President held off firing Sessions until he had a Senate that would work with him. Flake, Corker, and others would defeat the President’s judicial picks. Firing Sessions would cause hostility and fighting in the Senate. But minutes after the election assured the President that he had won the Senate with the kind of people he could work with, he fired Sessions.

And he gave Sessions a gratuitous send-off because he needed the Senate’s good graces in order to have the votes for Barr. Whittaker was a temp stand-in to give Mueller notice and to take stock of which US Attorneys were capable to get the Clintons.

Sessions was not a White Hat, he was not a Black Hat, he was’misplaced’.

MOST interesting take on Sessions. He was MISPLACED.

In ALabama Sessions was known has a hard hitting prosecutor who didn’t shout about what he was doing. I believe “The Silent Executioner” was a nickname.

Sessions was a senator who went along.... Sessions had friends, many senators were his friends.... Apparently Sessions was a Senator who merely had a R that was not much different from the D others elected by corporations....

Sessions was a survivor and a person who was in over his heads. Everyone turned on him once he left the senate. Sessions was a swamp creature whose loyalties were to staying in the senate.

Trump made a huge mistake picking someone from the Senate is what Q is saying. Trump must find tainted bloodlines free of political corruption.

To gain insight as to why Jeff took a job with the Trump Administration we have to back up to August 2015 to that incredible outdoor Trump rally in Mobile, AL in which 35,000+ people attended, coming from hundreds of miles away through high winds and thunderstorms ... and ...

Jeff was right there on stage next to Candidate Trump respecting the hopes and dreams of Alabamans for a once in a lifetime presidential candidate, a candidate like no other. And Alabamans could see the light of Donald Trump when the rest of the country was still pretty much in the dark about him, about the true man that is Donald Trump.

That rally in August 2015, just two months after Donald declared his candidacy, was enormous not only in size but also in effect, like a hurricane in politics, and the weather was right in line with what went down.

The rally sent political shockwaves back to DC.

Think about it, people from hundreds of miles knew there would be high winds and thunderstorms that day, and yet they still came out massively for a candidate who was thought to be a joke back in DC.

And there was Senator Sessions, beloved by Alabamans, greeting this joke of a candidate, warmly and hospitably in that awful weather.

Jeff Sessions, a US Senator universally liked and respected by his Senate colleagues and his Alabamans, he goes out on a limb for a candidate that his colleagues back in DC would like to see disappear. And Jeff is supporting this candidate because Alabamans are ecstatic about Trump, they know they are seeing the real deal, they are smart in that way, no phony can get past them.

And they come out in droves, and Jeff is right there with them, going against the grain back in DC, he’s right there with his constituents braving the horrible weather and welcoming this candidate on behalf of Alabamans everywhere.

And the Nevertrumpers back in DC are looking at Jeff like he’s out of his mind like he’s gone off the deep end. And they turn on him.

When a US Senator loses major support of his colleagues, as Senator Cruz did, that Senator better have a few members come to his rescue. Ted Cruz had Mike Lee and a few others shore him up when he fell out of McConnell’s good graces.

So there was Jeff between a rock and a hard place.

And that scene ends with Jeff exiting the Senate and going to work for the new President.

But Jeff still had loyalties to friends in the Senate, many who were Nevertrumpers both publicly and privately.

Long story short, Jeff was conflicted, divided loyalties, one to the President, another to his friends in the Senate.

That victory for President Trump in 2018, winning the Senate, is bigger than most know. Because winning the 2018 Senate was also defeating the Nevertrumpers. No one should forget how strong the Nevertrumpers were, everyone should appreciate what President Trump was up against. He not only needed a G0P Senate, he also needed a G0P Senate that supported his agenda.

But early on, Jeff Sessions opted to recuse to escape the line of fire. The tension was high everywhere, the firing of Comey, the ire of the Nevertrumpers.

So Session recused. He had vacated his Senate seat and now he was vacating a major political battle station of his Cabinet position.

Jeff is likable because he works at it.

But he lost the President’s trust. Jeff had to choose, President Trump or friends in the Senate? Trump saw he was conflicted and had chosen his friends in the Senate over the President.

He couldn’t stay in the Senate because there were many who hated what he did for Trump. And he couldn’t turn his back on his friends in the Senate when they expected him to stay out of the scandal of this President and his links to Russia and his cavorting with Russian prostitutes who peed on a bed while having sex with this scoundrel.

Senators get calls every day from constituents who parrot mindlessly what they hear on CNN or what they read in the NY Times.

Senator Flake said “My God! We’re coming apart at the seams!”

And there was Jeff sitting in the AG chair. Was he going to protect this awful con artist, liar, Hitler, racist, fascist, Russian agent?

So he recused. Problem solved.

But he went too far in staying out of the fight and went not far enough to get at those who were the true culprits, the Clinton and 0bama camps.

“As I recall, @HillaryClinton lied to Congress and the DOJ didn’t even investigate nor did they prosecute. As Chair of Oversight, with Chair of House Judiciary, we formally asked DOJ via the FBI. Nothing was done. #DoubleStandard #NoJustice”

Jeff chose a Rock over a Hard Place and then switched from the Rock back to the Hard Place. He was beaten up pretty good.

Then he was fired.

Goodbye Jeff! Thank you for your service and your many sacrifices!

MOST interesting take on Sessions. He was MISPLACED****************************************************If true about Sessions, he was just a typical pol, putting his interests ahead of the country and in doing so, seriously undercutting and damaging DJT.
