Jenna Bush Hager will join Hoda Kotb as the co-host of the fourth hour of NBC's Today. The official announcement came Tuesday from NBC News president Noah Oppenheim (read his memo to staff below.) It was also announced at the top of the 10 a.m. hour of the show.

I once heard someone say that the 4th hour of the Today Show, is the most useless hour of TV. I’ve never seen it, but from what I hear, the news people have departed by then, and the ladies just sit and gossip about this and that.

I think the fourth hour (having only seen it once for about 30 min)...is for west coastal women over the age of 30 only. It would shock me if they have more than 300,000 viewers on an average day.
and what I only knew about was they drank.
Guess they are getting beaten by Rachael Ray who is on at 10am as well in NYC.

I sit in waiting rooms a lot so I am subjected to this trash constantly. I tune it out but it is still annoying

Daytime TV for women used to be soap operas. Now it’s slop like this. Soap operas seem to be less damaging.
Yeah, is it the staff in the docs office that tunes that crap in or what? Docs are in the back so they may not realize it’s one. Then again...............
Just like when the Oliver Stone movie, W, shows her daddy, GW getting into a drunken argument with his parents and proudly touting his acceptance letter from Harvard Business School “which I did all by myself”. I am certain that having the name Bush and given her father’s collaboration with the Establishment and against Trump had absolutely ZERO to do with her getting this coveted job. It was pure talent, looks, investigative abilities, and the gift of gab. Nice that we have a society based on merit, isn’t it?
