Drag him out of the jail and put a bullet in his skull.
After a fair trial, of course.

Illegal?
State of New York. Hard to see how he could.
I Grew up near Haverstraw, it’s part of North Rockland. Large Latino population for as far back as I can remember. What’s this prick’s immigration status?
I volunteer to pull the switch for his electric chair.
People like this is why people were nailed to crosses in the olden days. The idea wasn’t to just make them pay with their lives but to suffer for a long time before they died for their crimes.
I'm probably going to get royally flamed, but the dad didn't just 'ask', he was hassling the guy about his smoking cigarettes, in his own car, and when the argument escalated, tempers flared and the guy snapped.
Was the driver's actions excusable? Absolutely not. He killed innocent people.
Should the father have hassled the guy about his smoking? Absolutely not!
That said, a lot of people are rabidly anti-smoking and are unafraid to get in someone else's face over it. Unfortunately, the father's family paid with their lives.
Lock him up. . or better yet. . .the death penalty. Premeditated murder.
death by cheese grater.
Now there's man who likes his smoke.
Handcuff him to his steering wheel. Add 1/2 gallon unleaded gasoline and a lit zippo.
Poof.
Someone should shove this up Cuomo’s ass sideways.
One has to wonder what is wrong with people. So he was asked not to blow smoke. You don’t kill people for that.
May God grant eternal peace and rest to Melissa Castillo DeLoatch, and watch over those who mourn her.
He was just doing what the snowflakes are being taught in academia they have a right to do - get all upset and out of kilter over “trigger” words.
What is so hard about just walking away?
I tried to take pictures at a few local little league games a few years ago in Louisiana. I quit because the parents were suck a bunch of irritating twits...
Anyway at one game I leaned against the side of the gate leading into the field, with a cigarette lit. The dugout was a good 15 feet away, and was NOT downwind. Some lady with the team, visiting team, got snotty and insisted I shouldn’t smoke around the kids. She didn’t try to be nice about it, the only way I can describe her is rude and snotty.
I just said OK and walked away. No sense arguing with her or starting a scene, I don’t need pictures that bad. She’s convinced she’s right anyway, I’m a slimeball because I smoke at all (I don’t anymore, quit last summer when I got really sick). There’s no talking to these people.
I’ve always gotten really irritated with the non smokers and their demands. If you don’t smoke, don’t want me to smoke in your house, that’s fine, I go outside and I Have no problem with it. But the political buttheads never get enough.
First they created non smoking areas. Not good enough, now they force you to go outside. Not good enough, now no closer than 25 feet from the door. Not good enough, the former mayor of New York tried to get a city ordinance in place making it illegal to smoke in your won living room. I think that was Bloomberg but don’t remember.
It’s never enough, same as gun control. As we saw already, the 10 year “assault weapon” ban was nowhere near enough, the whole time Democrats still tried to do everything they could think of to enact any gun control laws they could think of. Background checks already in place have done nothing, but they still want universal background checks...
The Brady bill shows what they really want, I read the original text. It would have completely banned everything but single shot shotguns, you’d have to have a federal permit and go through nine miles of govt red tape to get ammo. They also used the term “Self loading firearms” to fool people into letting them ban ALL semi auto and pump and lever action firearms.
All that took was a little creative word twisting...Well, all you have to do is operate this lever and the gun loads itself, so it’s a self loading firearm and we want it banned. The term Semi Automatic was nowhere to be found if I remember correctly.
Non smokers have been doing the same thing, if they could ban smoking altogether they would, in a heartbeat.
On the other hand, someone who does smoke, in a situation like this, can simply say OK and walk off. It’s not hard to do. I’ve done it. It’s just not worth a fight, getting arrested...it’s too easy to just say OK fine, and walk away. I understand the guy doesn’t want someone blowing smoke in his kids’ faces, when I smoked I didn’t someone else blowing it in my face. I get that. So if someone asked me to smoke somewhere else, I just said OK and went away. It’s too much effort to start a fight over it...just leave...
I hope they send this guy to the great smoke break in the sky...
