The judge who set "Empire” star Jussie Smollett's bond at $100,000 gave the actor an earful after Smollett was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct for allegedly filing a false police report.
"As you stand before me we presume you're innocent but the state read me a proffer that is outrageous. If true, the noose conjures up [the] greatest evil in this country," Cook County Judge John Fitzgerald Lyke Jr. told Smollett.
The 36-year-old actor said little other than giving his name at the beginning of Thursday's hearing. His attorney, who said the actor denies all charges against him, asked the judge to release Smollett on his own recognizance. However, the judge said that would be inappropriate.

Following three weeks of mounting suspicions, Smollett, who is accused of filing a false police report, was charged Wednesday with felony disorderly conduct. He turned himself in at central booking early Thursday. If convicted, he is facing up to three years in prison.

In most cases in a federal prison the inmates can’t really get to each other to have homo sex.

This mirrors what the Police Superintendent said this morning.
I can only assume that other blacks are only bothered by this because Little Jussie was misappropriating one of their race cards.
The fact that the little vermin CLEARLY blamed the act on MAGA supporters (and suggesting they were acting on behalf of the President himself, because, after all, Little Jussie is SUCH a threat) seems to mean absolutely less than NOTHING to them, since they did not even mention it.
Neither has the media. Not once. Not even Fox News. Like it never happened.

Glad we have a Black judge on this one. That should block a lot of the nonsense sure to come under normal circumstances.
You know folks, the only difference between this case and the cases of Martin and Brown, is that we have adults in charge in the White House.
There will be no riots. There will be no BLM type organizations spring up out of this. ANTIFA won’t get so much as a footnote here.
Even Soros is probably smarter than to pay folks to show up somewhere to riot on this one. Trump would slap his ass in jail faster than he could flee prosecution.

The two tortured their 7-year-old son Immanuel to death.
It's worth watching to the very end. I was so, so impressed by this judge.
The woman got 27 to 50 years for torture and child abuse, with an additional 5 to 15 years for involuntary manslaughter.
The man, her "live-in boyfriend," got 10 to 15 years for manslaughter and 5 to 10 years for child abuse.
He has to PAY 10K not just post it. He better hope he can cover the 100k without a bail bond to avoid the 10k payment for the bond service.
Woukd the Fed’s shiny new noose law regarding hate crimes make this an actual hate crime?
