BREAKING: Chicago police just released the jail booking photo for Jussie Smollett, the "Empire" actor accused of making a false police report when he said he was attacked by two men who hurled racist and anti-gay slurs and looped a rope around his neck.
He’s not only ‘Not getting that raise’, he’s going to lose his job entirely!................................FOX still hasn’t commented yet, though..................
I hope the Nigerian brothers get to keep the $3500.
They probably spent it on the tickets to Nigeria...............

I don’t understand this - does the guy not get a trial? I heard there will be a hearing but I haven’t heard the word “alleged” in connection with this - does it not apply? I don’t remember any chief of police or higher law enforcement talk about any perp as if there’s no question that they are guilty of what they’re accused. Everyone is talking as if he’s already been convicted and is going to be sentenced. Everyone had to call OJ the “alleged” killer! I know there’s no murder here but don’t the same rules apply if you’re arrested?

The CPD or any PD or DA doesn’t have to use the weasel words, like ‘alleged’ or whatever. Only the PRESS/MSM has to do that to be protected from libel and slander lawsuits.....................
