Now I’ve unintentionally insulted you.
When there’s so many people I need to intentionally insult.
I didn’t mean brokers like you and your wife.
I meant those other brokers.
The bad brokers.
You know, the ones at that other office.
The ones you’d like to whap with a House For Sale sign.
Those brokers.
Not you.
That’s ok, This is my retirement career. My wife and I adopted the motto, service and ethics above commission. We are retired peace officers.
Half the agents I run into are incompetent or unethical. Some don’t realize what they do IS unethical because their brokers set the tone.
The other half never cease to amaze. The hirer end the market (we’re on the coast in soCal and also work inland), the more competent the agents. High prices and big money don’t have time for incompetent agents.
