President Donald Trump is known for boasting about having “the best words,” but Kellyanne Conway’s husband, attorney George Conway, is having none of it.
On Friday, George Conway, who has been critical of the Trump administration even though his wife is a senior White House adviser, upped the ante by ripping the president’s oratorical skills.
Conway’s post on Twitter linked to a Washington Post column by Henry Olsen that lambasted what he called Trump’s ”rambling and disjointed explanation” for why he is declaring a national emergency to fund a wall between the U.S. and Mexico.
For Conway, the key quote was when Olsen compared Trump’s incoherent oratory to another maligned politician: Galactic Senate Delegate Jar Jar Binks.
@gtconway3d “Even the modern tyrants whom the president ... praises demonstrate more facility with language and more attention to governing detail than does he. To borrow from popular culture, Trump looks less like the sinister Emperor Palpatine and more like the hapless Jar Jar Binks.”

Many people think Jar Jar Binks ruined “The Phantom Menace,” but some Twitter users thought the comparison was unfair to the character.

Seems like a strained comparison, but evil emperors are evil, and Jar Jar Binks is a character on the right side who plays a key role.

I agree she ought to resign. She’s bringing fleas in. She should make the choice between her job and her marriage, and personally I think marriage comes before any job. Therefore, resignation.
She did great service, but nobody’s indispensible and the costs are rising while the benefits are shrinking.

We knew he didn’t possess great public speaking skills when he was campaigning. We elected him anyway, and we support him anyway.
He clearly has no regard for his wife’s career. Imagine a man working for Trump and his wife behaving in such a manner. He’s got a wife far more successful than himself and he hates it. He’s the definition of sexist pig.

No one seems to be talking about what is in the law, and many here want to squelch any negative commentary about Trump’s signing of the bill.
Me too..but this lard a$$ has lash out against trump too many time inciting last year’s attack against his wife in front of his children! You would think you would keep your big fat mouth shut for the sake of the safety of his family! I do not know what he gains by opening his trap, unless it is to give kellyann a way out of trumps administration! At this point I trust no one in DC!!
