It’s a problem. I was at Walmart the other day, and noticed that almost every shopper there was overweight, some of them had to be over 200 pounds. Mostly women. The lingerie section is loaded with slingshots for basketballs.
The skinny straps of a typical bra are designed for self-mortifying. They chafe and irritate tender flesh.
I can’t imagine how a woman with a DD would even wear a regular bra, and most of them are carrying excess weight all over.

An A average in Bolivia? I get that they are diminutive in stature, etc., but there is also much very much obesity, with the peasant culture still celebrating access to plenty of (carb-dense) food. Maybe predominantly young teens and upper-class (that is, skinny) women purchasing bras there?
