Whittaker asked for clarification of one of Nadler’s questions. Nadler was not able to clarify the question, instead he just read the question a second time. I hope that Whittaker asks lots of Dems for clarification of their questions. We will find out how many of the Dems don’t understand the entire situation well enough to elaborate on what their aides have prepared for them to read.

He is definitely part of the investigation. Whether or not he is cooperating or not is not clear. It depends on whether he would like to retain his freedom once this is over.

So if he is cooperating it could be a forced cooperation
