Whittaker asked for clarification of one of Nadler’s questions. Nadler was not able to clarify the question, instead he just read the question a second time. I hope that Whittaker asks lots of Dems for clarification of their questions. We will find out how many of the Dems don’t understand the entire situation well enough to elaborate on what their aides have prepared for them to read.

Operative word is “read”. Nadler read the question contrived by his lawyer staff and doesn’t have the brains to accurately re-phrase.
They are all trick questions meant to result in a charge of lying to or misleading Congress.
That is why Whittaker rephrases the question he is answering.
