If the Patriots lose
Please post how they were;
A) out cheated by the Rams
B) taken for a ride by all the paid off refs that took the money and screwed Tom Brady
or
C) Never cheated in the first place
I'll study more after church
Re your analysis of Tom’s rings:
Yeah, he’s had some luck along the way, but it took skill to be in the position where luck could take effect.
And, in his matchups against Eli Manning of the Giants, some unbelievable last-minute catches (remember the David Tyree helmet catch) cost him wins, which you could have labeled on his empty fingers. So he’s had a lot of luck, but not ALL the good luck.
Pretty funny, though.
I can’t believe the Patriots are going to put their trust in a 6th round draft pick to be their starting QB in the Super Bowl.
Just dumb, I guess.
As for some good-natured ribbing, here are some highlights of former SB games...
It obviously bothers you that 99% of NFL fans know “your team” has a history of issues with the rule book and can not be trusted with fair play. And the 99% who make up the rest of the country don’t care about the NFL one way or the other. The guilt must be so overwhelming that you find yourself compelled to blurt out conspiracies without provocation. How progressive of you...
The ONE thing folks haven't tried is raising Brady on a pedastal higher than he should be.
All the hate seems to do is make him stronger and greater.
If the Patriots lose ... WHY, in YOUR opinin, did they lose ?
But you DID succeed in taking advantage the social experiment clause.
I was done when they stopped showing the bands and cheerleaders during halftime. Just got worse after that. lol
I got interested in drum corps back in ‘61/’62 BECAUSE of half time shows
I refuse to watch the Super Bowl until there’s a dedicated cheerleader cam.
All cheerleaders, all the time.
Screw the players.
As an Eagles fan, I can assure you our inaugural win last year was all that much sweeter because it was against the Pats...not because of hate but out of RESPECT. If you are going to win the title, you want it to be against the BEST. I suspect many Giants fans feel the same way...they are likely NOT to rave about the 1986 and 1990 wins.
I can also assure you during SB 52 that I didn't rest until there was no time in the clock and the Hail Mary was ruled incomplete...again, not out of HATE but RESPECT (and maybe a little fear).
I think most Americans' dislike of the Pats has some to do, not with envy (although perhaps there is a lot of that) but because of the illegalities here and there and blatant calls in their favor. But perhaps most of all, just like many American hate France because of the French people, many people detest the Pats because of the Patriots' fans; as an Iggles fan I know of how an ugly fan base can attract hate to their team...
What’s a Souper Bowel?
LOL!
Absolutely LOVE a Steeler/Patriot march-up.
OK ... off to church ... BBL
I was in the drum corps, concert band, jazz band... Because it was where all the “friendly” chicks were at. lol
No, seriously though... The competition, regiment, and skills of marching bands were pretty challenging and rewarding. And you didn’t have to weigh 250 lbs to be good at it. And it counted as “cultural arts” which was a required class you actually got a grade for. :)
Lol... Yep... they have their priorities mixed up.
