I had no problems after boot camp shots.
They gave me another round of shots before shipping overseas. I lost a week. So sick I can’t remember a thing. Just followed orders in zombie mode.
You are absolutely right! We cannot judge — all cultures are equally good. Don’t forget, “diversity is our strength.” Including diverse rats and fleas.
Do you actually believe that the CDC will admit that it's happened?
There are too many federal Socialists in the national bureaucracy, leftovers from the O'Peterpuffer. They would NEVER confess to failing their duty to guard the US from Turd World diseases.
Witness the NYT love fest a few days ago about the 'Largest crowd in the world' that gathered to bathe in the most polluted river on Earth. I didn't see the score, of deaths as they swapped cholera, typhoid, tuberculosis, dengue fever, polio, AIDS, leprosy, and Lord knows what else.
Coming to a Sanctuary city near you.
So what. Its LA.
The land of disease and filth.
Says man from state that had over 500 cases of typhus last year.
“Largest crowd in the world’ that gathered to bathe in the most polluted river on Earth.”
[Shiver]. I won’t even go in a pool or hot tub on a cruise ship. They cater to certain “elements” and, well... you know.
Just to reinforce your opinion, I've heard of hot tubs being called a semen smoothie...
We did. Usually, we would get two to four shots at a time.
On one run through the “gauntlet”, one of the shots was very painful. I was looking at it and trying to massage it, then noticed blood dripping off the OTHER arm, from the shot that did not hurt one bit.
I was tested for immunity to German measles while in boot camp, too. As one of about three in my company of 80 who did not have immunity, I had to make a special visit to the clinic to get that shot. It was delivered through a needle, and it was painful and swelled up for the next few days. Maybe 5 or 6 years ago, I was tested again and I am immune to German measles. So that one shot almost 40 years ago did the trick.
The mayor is just being an opportunist. Just think of all the typhus and hepatitis tourism this will bring his city!
OOHHH ...!
this is basic public health.
They claim they can’t remove the rats and cats? have they tried rat poison and traps? but there are reports of garbage in the street, and the garbage is feeding the rats, so who is removing that?
and the US Army stopped typhus in Naples during World War II by spraying everyone and everything with DDT... and it worked. But I suspect the “greens” would go hysterical if someone tried that.
According to the article, and other sources,
they claim that they only caught a few feral cats, ..but mostly opossums.
The garbage waste is another issue, altogether.
It too is a responsibility of the municipal government, however,
since it is a reoccurring problem, it obviously is not properly being addressed,
or the population is illiterate and ignorant (use cartoons, or graphics ?).
A common sense approach, or the use of DDT, would enrage the 'greenies' in the community.
