A spokesman for Donald Tusk, the President of the European Council, told CNN that the UK’s Withdrawal Agreement is not open for renegotiation, despite Parliament’s vote Tuesday night to do just that.

“The Withdrawal Agreement is not open for renegotiation,” the spokesman said, minutes after Parliament voted to say it “requires the Northern Ireland backstop to be replaced with alternative arrangements” in order to agree to Theresa May’s deal.

Brexit that will crash the world's economy

So....what did the world do prior to 1993, when the EU was created?

The UK is almost a century removed from being able to crash the world’s economy.

Yes, WWI knocked them down a bit on the world stage; WWII knocked them off the stage.

In short order, the US could put a free agreement in place with the UK. The US can supply everything that they get from the Continent.

So how is it that the rest of the world operates under WTO and GATT international trade guidelines and does OK?

Why the chicken little routine of giving an L,TOWM style virtue signal to the EU by Britain? This “article” is more fake news horses-—t from the world’s premier shoveller of it...

Somehow the Brits managed to rule the world with no EU in sight. I’d just as soon have trade with the UK and its old colonies, and let France and Germany sink into Muzzieland.

If the UK leaving the EU is capable of destroying the world's economy, then it time to do so now. We dare not wait until France or Germany decide to leave.

Eventually the EU house of cards will fall. How long can productive people support the bad habits of foreigners? The idea that people in London should sacrifice so that workers in Greece can have more generous pensions is economic lunacy.

either the British people want to be free, or not.
either way, there’s no panic about it
