Someone in that school should bring a "Witnessing Blackness" program at that school, see what happens. Create a "safe space" for blacks to discuss their racism and black privilege.

God help any white student who brings up anti-white racism, or challenges the assertion that “only whites can be racists, because racism requires power”, with statements like “On the street at 3am, a mugger with a gun has all the power in the world, as far as you are concerned”.

I’m starting to figure this out. Blacks are the only ones that don’t have to feel guilty for their racism, and we’re all free to reidentify as we see fit, so as of today I now identify as black. I will refer to all of you as crackers, and you’ll like it.
