This video analysis shows how Nathan Phillips scans the group of Covington students, spots Nick Sandmann, then does a classic pre-fight 'square up' with Nick, a young boy. This leaves no question that Nathan was the aggressor, in a dramatic display of adult-child bullying. Nathan's friend stands beside him with a camera on Nick's face making the incident look like a set up fishing to provoke a violent reaction.
The saddest thing about this case is that so many people, including Freepers, think it is somehow ok to do what this Indian did to the kid “as long as he didn’t touch him”. When I was 15 45 years ago at the very least he’d have lost his drum...and no no one would be arrested for breaking it. In fact I consider it highly unlikely that he would have been allowed to do it by whomever was in authority at the location.
From the video, it seems to me everyone was having a fun time. What is the left so f**kin’in a tizzy about this? This is just pure and simple non-news.

Then there’s the issue of the racist preacher and his group. They’ve been getting away with harassing and threatening people for some time. Retired US Navy SEAL Don Shipley, who is known for publicly outing people for ‘stolen valor,’ obtained Nathan Phillips’ DD-214 form and exposed the truth.
Nathan Phillips was enlisted under the name Nathaniel Richard Stanard.
“Nathaniel Phillips enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserves on May 20th, 1972 and served until May 5th, 1976,” Don Shipley said as he read the DD-214 form.
He served under just four years and was discharged at the exalted rank of ‘Private’” Shipley said sarcastically.
Shipley continued, “His entire military education was as a basic electrician in the Marine Corps — while he served in Lincoln, Nebraska, he served as a refer mach.”

On Monday, the Washington Post quietly issued a correction to their story about Nathan Phillips, saying that while he served in the Marines, he was never deployed to Vietnam.
He never went to Vietnam — but this lie was previously used to help raise money for a documentary about his life.
The mainstream media ran with a narrative without fact checking and spread lies about the Covington teens to push their left-wing, anti-Christian agenda.

Same, where I grew up (almost 40 years ago).
Phillips and company weren't afraid of those boys at all. He marched right into that crowd, and he stood there drumming in that boy's face. If he'd truly felt threatened, he would've never done that.
The Left media is frustrated that their typical fake news has been relatively ineffective with Trump supporters. They ramped it up with this story, and are no doubt encouraged by how many conservatives were duped by the ruse.
How did Phillips get to DC and where did he stay while there. Hopefully discovery will provide prior communications with the media. If you’ve been to DC protests you’d see that these actors are ushered into position. How did he get a drum through Security? Women can’t even bring in a bag bigger than an envelope. This was a total set up.
I’m not indulging in the old-old geezer why in MY day- stuff. I knew guys that age who kicked the living crap out of adults, including teachers and principals, who got too much in their faces. Cops were not immune from getting swung on for cause. But really whomever had charge of the ground of that assemblage would have stopped the the drummer jackass to PREVENT things getting violent.
While it’s good that people are outraged over this, nobody is talking enough about the main point here.
There have been many incidences of MAGA hat wearers getting assaulted by Trump haters. The left justifies these attacks by saying that the hat is a symbol of hate. Yet there has been a complete absence of incidences of MAGA hat wearers beating up on minorities.
This is why the left was so desperate to believe Nathan Phillips’ lies. They don’t have any photos or foliage of trump supporters stringing black people up from trees or beating up Mexicans. So the best they can do is attach a false story to a white kid with a MAGA hat smirking, and try and create a national outrage over that.
When people like Alyssa Milano say that the MAGA hat is the new KKK white Hood, every prominent conservative writer and blogger ought to be asking her why the most violent Act they can cite to back up their claims is a sixteen-year-old kid smirking at a dishonest provocateur who set out to ruin the kids life.
But I don’t really hear anyone making this point at all.

But personally I think yours should be the more proper one and more loyal to source because it originated from the Spanish word Esgrima, And the letter K is rarely used in Spanish and the letter C is used instead to replace it. But the most common is apparently Eskrima, maybe it’s the Filipino influence? :)

Right, any sane person can see those kids are engaged in innocent fun at most. But this obvious reality is utterly invisible to many on the left, not all, but a disturbing number litteraly automatically interpret *everything* the boys do, every move our expression as acts vicious horrendous racism. It’s truly scary to realize how quickly a large portion of the population can become de facto delusional.
Neither am I. There are plenty of teens today who wouldn't have behaved as respectfully as the 16yo in that video. I think it depends on where/how you grew up.
That's why, IMHO, the fact that Phillips & company marched into that crowd of students is proof that they weren't afraid of them at all. They were just trying to set them up.
