Myth: Hitler was a leftist.
http://www.huppi.com/kangaroo/L-hitler.htm | STEVE KANGAS

Posted on 01/26/2019 2:14:58 PM PST by Pontiac

Summary

Many conservatives accuse Hitler of being a leftist, on the grounds that his party was named "National Socialist."

But socialism requires worker ownership and control of the means of production.

In Nazi Germany, private capitalist individuals owned the means of production, and they in turn were frequently controlled by the Nazi party and state.

True socialism does not advocate such economic dictatorship -- it can only be democratic. Hitler's other political beliefs place him almost always on the far right.

He advocated racism over racial tolerance, eugenics over freedom of reproduction, merit over equality, competition over cooperation, power politics and militarism over pacifism, dictatorship over democracy, capitalism over Marxism, realism over idealism, nationalism over internationalism, exclusiveness over inclusiveness, common sense over theory or science, pragmatism over principle, and even held friendly relations with the Church, even though he was an atheist.

“But no doubt, the long-term goals of Röhm and Hitler were the same”

Right.

That’s why Hitler built Dachau and Buchenwald for the leftists.

A number of senior KPD leaders in exile were caught up in Joseph Stalin’s Great Purge of 1937–38 and executed, among them Eberlein, Heinz Neumann, Hermann Remmele, Fritz Schulte and Hermann Schubert, or sent to the gulag, like Margarete Buber-Neumann. Still others, like Gustav von Wangenheim and Erich Mielke, denounced their fellow exiles to the NKVD.[12] Willi Münzenberg, the KPD’s propaganda chief, was murdered in mysterious circumstances in France in 1940. The NKVD is believed to have been responsible.

Thanks for the heads-up. I’ve read a lot about Lothrop Stoddard but never read anything he wrote.

That’s surprising considering that Stalin was Georgian not Russian.

WWI was the result of interlocking mutual defense treaties. England and France went the other way, declaring war without actually doing anything. It was called Sitzkrieg aka the Phony War.

And Hitler was Austrian, not German.

Much of what you wrote I agree with but this.

" if Hitler had not allowed gangs to terrorize various groups in Germany and had not had an expansionist foreign policy, he might have gone the way of Franco ”

From my reading of "Mein Kampf"(Been a long while ago) and his later speeches and economical policy which was based on military production, Hitler HAD to go to war eventually. His rasion d'ete was to defend Germans and Germany from the exterior threat of "Judaism communism" and the internal threat of Judaism and "Judism corrupt Capitalism." War was inevitable however if Hitler was "punched in the nose" at the beginning, he and his generals would have turned coward as they did not have the troops nor equipment to fight a long and terrible war.

That's not completely true, there was a lot of action in the sea during that time, with U-Boats sinking shipping. Then you had the sinking of the Graf Spee.

There are a number of parallel beliefs between the modern left and Islam that scare the F**k out of me.

They are both “Post-modernist”

In that they both reject truth, science and objective morality in order to protect their fragile minds.

Islam holds Allah and Mohammed sacred. Historical and transcendent.

The left, from what I can tell, only holds Gaia as supreme when it comes to any faith.

They desperately need a Messiah.

Gaia doesn’t speak to them, but Allah and Islam have spoken in a way that provides the left with scared belief system that can not be challenged.

All the everlasting and unchangeable words of Allah, words against women etc, will be ignored for the greater good of submission.

Remember this?

In heaven, the cops are English, the cooks are French, and the Germans are mechanics.

In hell, you have English cooks, French mechanics, and German police.

The idea that you can’t be socialist unless you’re democratic is nonsense.

Hitler had control over the means of production. The author says it was privately owned. However ownership without control is nothing. If you look up owner in the dictionary you will see that one of the definitions is he who has a right of control. Clearly ownership did not include a right of control in Nazi Germany. Hitler routinely issued orders to the people running the factories.

"I have something like that, brought back by my dad. It's a medallion that has the date 1934 on it, with a nazi hawk, whose face is turned to his left, with a hammer on one wing and a sickle on the other.”

Nazi eagle, not "hawk"

I always wondered why Hitler had it out so much for Poland.

In fact, when Hitler first took power, he saw Piłsudski, a man he greatly admired, as a potential ally against Russia. Hitler even attended a memorial service for Piłsudski, when he passed away in 1936.

I think when Poland allied with England and France, it outraged him so much, that from that point out, he vowed their destruction, not only as a nation, but as a race.

And the reason for eliminating the Polish race? Well, yes, technically Poles were Slavs, but then so were Czechs and Slovaks, but his treatment of them was fairly benign to that of the Poles.

I think the reason is that the Nazis, according to their kooky racial theories, knew that over the centuries most Poles had some "Germanic" blood in them, and that as a result, they posed a threat to Germany, if not eliminated.

You said, and I quote,

“on their long march to communism who don’t know that we are suppose to be a “Republic”.

The Republic is dead.

Start to think about what comes next.”

The republic is not dead yet. It has been given a reprieve and is on life support. I am not prepared to pull the plug yet.
