On Friday January 25, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that 95,000 individuals registered to vote in the Lone Star State have been identified as "Non-US Citizens," meaning they are illegally registered to vote. Further evidence brought forth by Texas Secretary of State David Whitely confirms that 58,000 of these individuals have broken the law and voted in "one or more" recent elections.
“Every single instance of illegal voting threatens democracy in our state and deprives individual Texans of their voice," AG Paxton said in a statement. "My Election Fraud Unit stands ready to investigate and prosecute crimes against the democratic process when needed."
According to a press release issued by the Attorney General's office, while non-US citizens are legally allowed to obtain driver's licenses and other forms of ID, "only citizens are eligible to vote." Furthermore, the Sec. of State's office notes that "Voting in an election in which the person knows he or she is not eligible to vote is a second-degree felony in the State of Texas. "

The wording in the article about the non-citizen knowing he or she should not be voting as part of what makes the crime has me concerned. Surely no statute was written in that manner.
If they start arresting them that will be a huge victory for America.

NOTE ballot harvesting has always been illegal and is banned in many states.

The US Senate needs to counter with a GOP version.
- US Citizens only voting in federal elections
- Separate voting rolls for federal election
- Government ID to register to vote (be added to the roll)
- Registration cut off 30 days prior to an election
- Matching government ID to receive a ballot
- Purge the voting rolls of ALL voters first business day after the inauguration.
Illegal aliens have always voted in elections, its why Democrats are against Voter ID..so I would like to know, how many Dems TRULY won the midterms, some wins were legit Im sure, but 40 house seats, including those in California that were awarded to Republicans but two weeks later POOF the Dems magically won, yeah definitely voter fraud, called ballot harvesting, they will do it again in 2020 this time on a massive scale

Every state needs to have their voter rolls purged, and then have voter ID , along with those voting illegally should be facing prison.
