I was talking about this with a friend today. Neither of us are convinced she is conscious, competent, or capable of carrying out her duties.
The Court will be out on break until 19 February, so she doesn’t need to show her face before then.
The Chief Justice (And Dem leaders) will be checking on her condition, but not making it public. If she still doesn’t show up for work on 19 Feb, then there will be a frenzy of public speculation.
