o much South, so little time.
While there are so many reasons to love the South right now, Memphis is certainly one of them. In fact, popular travel site TripSavvy just named Memphis the best overall destination for 2019 on their "Where to Go in 2019" travel list.

Visited Memphis last May: Graceland, Sun Records, Stax Museum all were worth visiting. Beale Street: too crowded not worth second visit. We wanted more in Nashville and less of Memphis. This choice makes no sense.
Oh HELL no!!!
Get outside the green zone and you need a Force Recon team ahead of you.
Charleston, Savannah even Chattanooga are FAR better.
There’s New Orleans, but that’s in a different class of visit.
Memphis- Like Mogadishu only with barbeque.
How about St. Augustine, FL?
Yep being noticed like this is not always a positive. I don’t like when some magazine raves about Richmond VA. Hasn’t happened a lot, but I think here comes more liberal voters.
Probably bribed by one of the many attorneys that speacialize in food poisoning. Dont eat in that airport.
If you want pure history VA is the “old world” to the rest of the USA.
I can think of many best destinations that top the ones on the list - but the local populations are over 90% white, and thus no MSM outlet dares to be seen endorsing them. :)
St. Augustine is a great place. We’re moving there for a month in March to put the boat up in a yard.
My impression is that it is clean, well run, and, in the off season, easy to get around.
Forgetaboutit at Christmas.
Memphis? If you wanna get killed.
Have seen Graceland. Mud Island and the Pink Palace were interesting but not worth a special trip. As Samuel Johnson would say, "Worth seeing, but not worth going to see."
Lots of more attractive Southern cities to visit.
My cousin moved to St. Augustine from Brick, NJ two years ago.. She loves it!
I avoid Memphis completely. Weirdly, one of the best BBQ sandwiches I’ve ever had was in a South Carolina airport. Fortunately, I live in TN—we have some killer BBQ spots here!
I frequently delivered to Memphis.
You couldn’t pay me to live there. As far as Graceland goes the Elvis generation is passing on and the profitability of Graceland will pass with it.
Memphis is a pass through city for me.
Hahaha.....that was great and well on the mark!
As is Gun and Garden
Leftists ruin everything
And fags
Did Memphis in a day. Graceland sun records Beale street club ribs
Nah, it's our strength.
Surely whoever wrote that article meant it as a joke. Memphis is in at least the top five chithole cities in the U.S. I work in Memphis but commute from 250 miles miles away, that’s how bad it is. Leaving there to go home is like seeing Mordor in the rear view mirror. Horrible city.
