It’s so hard to make a movie. Sometimes you think you’re making a good movie, and you work very hard on it. Sometimes you are afraid it’s a bad movie, and you work very hard anyway. You don’t know. Until it’s done and the audience reacts.

Many now-classic films were considered duds during their making (”Lawrence of Arabia,” “Jaws,” “Dances with Wolves” to name just a few).

Sometimes you think you have made a good movie — and then the audience tells you otherwise.

Sydney Pollack, acclaimed director of many hit movies like “Three Days of the Condor,” and “Out of Africa,” always said he worked just as hard on the flops as he did on the hits. Because you just don’t know...

Casablanca was considered an average film at best when they wrapped - despite the A list actors/actresses. It was basically saved in editing and a hit despite the multiple screenplay writers as I understand.

I am sure everyone here will be happy to hear that Sam Elliott is staring in a brand new film. It is called, “The man who killed Hitler and then the Bigfoot”. Here is the trailer:

She was also in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

That’s the one that made me have a crush on her when I was young.
