Makes me wonder who the witness might be. I think to go there either you have to be “one of them” or completely ignorant of the Pizzagate issue.

Yes. Definitely a few other possibilities.
Back during the Pizzagate “era”, I thought about taking a road trip and looking around, but was really expecting them to get raided any second and didn’t want to have to explain my presence if I just happened to be there at the time. Also, did not want to be in the way in case they really were raided. If I thought I could have learned something or helped the situation I would have gone, despite the need to wash the creepiness of the place off afterward.
