“I know lots of people hate the Patriots and Brady, but I just love’em”
SAME HERE.
On the winning OT drive, they had to make about three 3rd downs... or kick the field goal and let Mahomes get on the field.

The game winner was when a Chiefs player had the audacity to touch St. Tom and drew the most laughable roughing the QB call in the history of football.
That kept the drive alive.

Yep, there is no beating Tom Brady. Those guys have it down pat (no pun intended) with so many years experience.

How is it fair that if you score a TD first in OT, that’s it, the other team doesn’t even get a chance to respond?
NFL has GOT to change that idiotic rule

Yep. So much deja vu. It’s just plain boring at this point.

Mahomes will get there one day.
But not today.

I love it.
Tell Brady he can’t do it, and he makes them eat their words.
That never gets old.

I hate the Patriots with all the strength my soul can muster. This was an awful game, how many reversed calls, etc. I hated it. I hate football now. And this is the last game I will watch. I go out with hatred in my heart. For the Patriots, for Colin Kapernick, for the Ravens, for Roger Goodell.
Goodbye NFL, sometimes it was fun.
Thanks to all Freepers for letting me by myself, again.

Mahomes never got to touch the ball in OT.
I thought both teams were supposed to have at least one possession in OT . . . ?

How is it fair that if you score a TD first in OT, thats it, the other team doesnt even get a chance to respond?
If the Chiefs stop them on a three-and-out, they get the ball in great field position, and they only have to kick a Field Goal to win. That's the advantage the team not winning the toss gets. Now too bad if their defense couldn't take advantage of that.

I agree. Imagine if a baseball game goes into extra innings, and the visiting team scores in extra innings, but the home team doesn’t get to bat. That’s exactly how this NFL rule works. It’s absurd I agree with you.
