Not if it identifies the defender. The perp is ok if the the crime doesn’t go ‘exactly as planned’ as in this case. If the perp isn’t killed, I have mixed feelings, as I do have some issue with our system of publishing names of the accused, long before they’re ever brought to trial.

I have only known one Roderick, and in fact he had flaming ORANGE hair, was quite good introverted and inteligent, and wound up going to Choate. Last I looked he owned a camera shop in New Haven. British last name though, not Irish.
