LOL! I’ve got a stack of catalogs with a LOT of circled items in them. ;)
One change I AM making this year is to limit my tomato choices to DETERMINATE plants. I’ll still have plenty to eat fresh and make into my famous ‘V-12 Juice’ and Salsa, but I won’t have them taking up as much acreage in the garden beds!
My least-favorite garden chore is pruning tomatoes (I hate that smell!), and even THEN have to climb through a JUNGLE to get at the fruits! Grrrr!
I’m sure you already know this, but Farm & Fleet is having ‘Chick Days’ this coming week! Are you adding to the flock this year? We’re building the coop this coming spring. Excited! I miss having hens SO MUCH! :) A coop and a greenhouse were part of Beau’s ‘dowry’ to coax me out here. ;)
I’m hoping to add to the flock, but it will probably be mid-summer before I can. I currently have the maximum number of chickens I’m allowed to have.
This summer when the chickens and I are camped out at my farm, then I’ll get more chickens, and possibly some turkeys.
Those baby chicks sure are tempting, though!
