On Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium, a short walk across the parking lot from Kauffman Stadium, the younger Mahomes, who has had one of the greatest seasons by a quarterback in NFL history, will lead the Kansas City Chiefs against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in the AFC championship game.

Half white privilege.
I used to work for a company owned by the Hunt brothers,
owners at the time also of the Kansas City Chiefs.
We refereed to the Chiefs as our sister company. LOL
Mahomes has done a phenomenal job in his rookie year. He will be a remarkable QB for some time. However, he is about to meet the Jedi Masters. Hope he does well.
But Mahomes needs to evolve into a Tom Brady-like pocket quarterback as he gets older, though.
Mahomes is an American hero!! No kneeling— great talent. Great demeanor and unselfishness. So different than Jack ass Masefield. He is capturing the hearts an admiration of America. Good Luck the weekend to Kansas City, the new America’s team.
Mahomes is in his second year in the NFL, but his first year as a starter.
Historically the Jedi Masters are 0 and 4 for away playoff games, 3 and 5 for regular season game this year. I like our chances.
Reid will choke....again!
Make that for regular season road games this year.
I understand that Sunday morning the Kansas City area will be digging out of a hard winter storm that will have hit on Friday night and Saturday. The low was expected to be -3 but is now to be +3 on Sunday morning with a high of 17 at the airport.
I have been in Chiefs stadium in the front row of the upper deck when the morning low was below zero. It is one cold spot even for a playoff game. I wish everyone well, I will be staying in the Valley of the Sun and might turn on the heat in the Spa.
After watching Brees and the rest of the Saints come back from being stymied in the 1st Quarter to hold the Eagles to 0 points through 3 quarters, I like NO’s chances.
The Pat’s easily handled the Chargers, much like the consummate QB Brady happens to be. KC and NE’s only meet this season was a great game. The AFC Championship should be as exciting.
I would like to see Brees and Brady in the SB.
This is Tom Brady's 8th consecutive AFC Championship game.
If he wins, he'll be going to his 9th Super Bowl.
9 Super Bowls in 18 years. That's an average of a Super Bowl every other year.
This is a dynasty on par with the UCLA Bruins or the Boston Celtics in the 1960s, and considering that it's football, it should probably overtake these aforementioned dynasties as well.
I know that the Lombardi trophy is named, and I am a Packers fan here in WI. But something's gotta give. If the Lombardi trophy doesn't get named to Bellichek, then he should have something in equal or greater stature named after him.
Only Patriots...and Saints, that is
The Patriots are the Sith, definitely.
Darth Bellichikus
Mahomes was born the year that Tom Brady enrolled at Michigan.
Dad Mahomes was a decent pitcher for the Twins
Good for him, but whatever. Call me when he walks across the Parade Deck on Parris Island. 8~)
;^)
