[R] researchers found that people with high genetic risk of schizophrenia and who also presented high levels of Epstein-Barr virus antibibodies had an increased probability to pertain to the schizophrenia group more than eight times higher, to be precise.
Also, among participants with schizophrenia, around 10 percent had both high levels of antibodies against this type of herpes virus and a higher genetic risk for schizophrenia, compared with only a little over 1 percent of the participants in the control group.
The study did not seek to establish cause and effect relationships, but the researchers suggest that preventing infection with the Epstein-Barr virus may be helpful in the context of schizophrenia risk.
However, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have not yet approved any drugs for the treatment of this type of herpes virus. That said, researchers are currently studying some drugs with therapeutic potential.

Many cancers are connected somehow with Epstein Barr also.
They vote for.... Democrats?
Not surprising sonce they fi d viruses and/or bacteria at the center of tumors.
Is this all related to sexual sin?
If this group (antibodies and genetics)is 8 times more likely shouldn’t the studied group have had 80% with the combination?
Actually it should be 88%.
Ive been doing a ton of cancer research lately and if viruses arent actually a cause, chronic viruses definitely play a part in letting one know which bodies will not be able to naturally fight the cancer cells or keep them from proliferating. There is a tie in.
Is this all related to sexual sin?
It's a large virus family causing many diseases.
Since 90% of adults show antibodies for Epstein Barr, this is hardly informational?
Somebody wants more research money
“Have researchers found a new risk factor for schizophrenia?”

I’m of two minds on the question.
Me too! Me too!
I’d buy that argument. Like drugs, fornication is a gateway to the demonic realm. Most people don’t believe in that kind of stuff though.
You’d be surprised by how many schizophrenics use hard drugs. Add to that their suicide rate.
Yup.
