the cats, named Tina and Louise, is paid by Troy Good, 43, who is footing the bill while his daughter, 18-year-old Victoria Amith, attends college I'm guessing she's a "Bob's Burgers" fan rather than a "Gilligan's Island" fan.

I am tempted to say that a fool and his money are soon parted—but I suspect that the person footing the bill has lots of money, and investing in one’s relationship with one’s daughter, even in this way, isn’t the worst thing to do with the money.

Do Tina and Louise pay the rent? Just askin.

Well, I like my two cats, but I wouldn't want to board them out. I enjoy having them curl up on my lap while I read.

For that money he could’ve found a cat-sitter to take them in.

All very fascinating, buy why in the world would the cats “stink up the place?” Doesn’t anyone bother changing the cat box litter? They need two boxes, just change them out every day. Litter is cheap. If you clean boxes daily, it’s easy to just rinse them out, refill.
