There’s an arrest recorded for him on my local PD’s website. The charge was “assault on a child under 12.”
Why won’t you answer the question you keep evading?

I ask because you work in some kind of law/social work yet have no understanding of families/mom/dad/kids other than what you see in your work which is basically the dregs of society, so you attribute those to the mainstream.

He’ll get convicted because he’s a white man who hit a black girl (and he’d be convicted if he hit a white girl too).
This guy most likely is going to make the self defense case and probably will win. He was surrounded by a bunch of yutes threatening him.
OTOH the girl who yelled at him as she approached him did not touch him and he pushed her away. He should have left at that very moment and she should have stayed away from him.

It was a set up and they even had a camera rolling to record the whole thing. She moved in to attack him, and it was not going to end well if he didn’t do something because, just like a dog fight, when the victim goes down, the pack moves in for the kill.
Too bad he was arrested.
It looks like the guy was leaving the place and trying to navigate the pack of feral kids to get to the parking lot and they started in on him.
