I think it’s misleading to caption this as ‘Kushner’s deal” when the Matt Sussis tweets clearly say that:

I would like to see a Constitutional Amendment sent to the states:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of SECTION 1 of Amendment XIV is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Henceforth, every child born in the USA after ratification shall be born with the citizenship of their mother as of 320 days prior to birth.
SECTION 3. No person may be granted US citizenship unless the person is over age 22 and proves US residence in at least 54 of the prior 60 months and lawful US earnings typical of full-time employment for at least four of the five prior calendar years.
Birthright citizenship reform is even more important than wall construction.
Why mom’s citizenship? Because one male traitor could sell enough sperm to fertilize 1,000 alien women.
What about a bona fide US father & alien mom? That’s why the last section is proposed. Their child can get citizenship after four years in the workforce.

Nothing in the 14th gives citizenship to foreign nationals. Whether here legally or illegally. Trump should have done away with the stasi state’s illegal ‘gift of citizenship’ to illegal aliens on day one.

The 1986 amnesty was billed as less than a million, it turned into 3.5 million.
DACA has 700,000 people signed up, but some want to expand that to several million, an unknown number depending on the parameters.
Whatever seemingly small amnesty might be passed will turn into a lever for a larger amnesty that will be the end of the nation as founded.
How do we then deport their parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.?
DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR COUNTRY!
With that deal, why bother with a wall?

They had their chance a couple years ago - a wall for DACA amnesty. They told Trump to stuff it where the Sun don’t shine. Well, now Trump needs to do that to them.
By the way, this deal is only for the first installment of the Wall. What about the rest (another $20 billion or so)???? You think that Trump or anyone else will ever get that put into place? Nope, never. This is as bad as the ‘86 Amnesty that suckered in Reagan...and the Dems never followed through on their promises (surprise, surprise, surprise!).
NO DEAL!!! Have the Corps of Engineers build a huge steel-reinforced, concrete wall, and call it the Pelosi-Schumer Wall.

To them amnesty is the only solution.
