Well, if the shutdown creates a non-functioning court system that means tribunals could be a legal option.

Well the framers gave us the 10th Amendment for just such an occasion:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"

Unless we're in a civil war, operating under Marshall law, when POTUS starts arresting federal government officials and carting them off, en mass, to face a mil tribunal, we soon will be.

Maybe the States can step in, if we have a complete shutdown of the federal court system. My bet would be that the fed court system simply freezes in place, for however long it takes, until a deal can be reached.

I'm pretty confident that most of the offenders of our political process will escape with little more than a slap on the wrist, unless POTUS is willing to go to war.

We're NOT going to get our country back without a fight. The alternative will be a gradual decline, alternating with periods of rapid decline, until an eventual collapse, as history is our guide.

What folks must understand, is there can be no MAGA without G. O. D. I don't see that happening, but hope and pray everyday for that realization in our USA.

Someone asked me about blue and red fluorescent stickers on mailboxes around our area. I drove around and sure enough I saw several. A few are in each neighborhood. Some have a red sticker, others have red and blue stickers.

it appears that military tribunals in our system are just as slow or slower than civilian courts. The Ft. Hood shooter, Nidal Hasan, is still alive. Nov 5, 2009 was the date of the crime.

It wasn't a 'military tribunal' that tried that pos, just a regular GCM. 0 gets the credit that he still lives.
