“A top aide to newly minted Illinois U.S. Rep. Jesus “Chuy” Garcia is out after a New York Times story earlier this week spotlighted allegations that the man made light of a woman’s sexual harassment complaints while both were working on Bernie Sanders’ 2016 presidential campaign.
The woman, a Latino outreach strategist on the campaign, said when she reported the incident to Velazquez, he told her, “I bet you would have liked it if he were younger.” Another woman who witnessed the exchange said the same thing. He then reportedly laughed.”
I'm thinking they'll make her an offer she can't refuse and she'll toe the line with occasional permission to toss some red meat to toss to her zombie horde followers.
