Jesse just turned 77 - has Parkinson’s and from the looks of it, it’s starting to consume him. He’s starting to mumble more than normal. He’s still makes the rounds - went to cook county jail around christmas, and does interviews - sat with slate for new years interview.

Not sure we will ever see him on the national scene again...

Great in parts of the west, where you had long straightaways. But think of it in the tight turns and ups and downs of CT. That looong, looong hood rising up in front of you and blocking every view of what’s coming. As well as the problem of fitting friends in the luggage compartment.

When in the military, I used to jump out of C-141 Starlifter aircraft. I worked in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and
later in life, as a QC at a concrete batch plant, using pi to figure out any round shaped object’s capacity. I never forgot pi thanks to the Starlifter (known as the Freedom Bird, in Viet Nam, due to it’s mission of transporting US POWs back to the USA/Germany).
