The right to conservative speech is really being threatened hear. It seams being Male, White, Christian, or conservative is grounds to being thrown out of society.

Freepers are lucky to have FreeRepublic. But its interesting to see if even FreeRepublic can continue if they were so attacked.

An effective resistance to Leftist tyranny would identify the individual who made the decision and leave parts of him scattered over the countryside. There is simply no innocent, non-despotic explanation for such an initiative on the part of Mastercard. Why is it their business what someone says on YouTube?

Reason #3 why I don’t have any CCs. I’m debt-free and use cash of check. (No, I’m not Dave Ramsey.)

Do I have that right?

I had the opportunity to walk through my old high school twice recently. When I attended, you would NEVER have heard the N word. Never. There was a light mix of minorities but mostly Jewish white kids with some $. We kids would have been horrified to even hear such a word back then, for real.

This time, both times I heard the n word LIBERALLY used among the groups of black kids talking amongst themselves. I was actually shocked. I guess the teachers don’t say anything. I was clearly an adult and the students didn’t lower their voice or change their speech when I walked by.

There shouldn’t be any word that is considered racist or foul EXCEPT WHEN THOSE OF WHOM WE EXPECT LESS SAY IT. To me, that is racist!

The left was for free speech when they had complete domination over mass media.

They no longer have complete domination, so they are pulling out all stops to censor conservative speech using their corporatist power and the SJW.

They are willing to pull down the temple of Western Civilization, without having any replacement.

I will be supporting Jordan Peterson and Dave Rubin.

Please keep posting updates.

Mastercard is a corporation. It depends upon its issuers, mostly banks and other financial institutions, for the flow-through that makes it the money that it needs to survive. The diffuse nature of these institutions is why it is hard to call them to task for this punishment of free speech by conservatives. Somewhere in their corporate structure, the LEFT has gotten editorial and financial control.

As a consequence, I am protesting to my credit card issuer, USAA, that their exclusive choice of Mastercard is causing me to discontinue its usage. If we all do the same, perhaps we may make a difference!

You really need to understand this issue.

How about explaining an issue you say we need to understand? I could Google the heck out of it but I need to know why you think it is worth understanding first.

This action was the argument against a cashless society. A cashless society gives absolute control over the individual. It gives governments unprecedented access to information and power over citizens. Civil forfeiture can be used to punish citizens for suspicion—not proof—of wrongdoing. Such seizure would deny a person the money to provide for their defense.

By making it too expensive to deal with certain clients or sending the signal that a bank should not deal with a particular client or a type of client, the government can almost assuredly keep that company or person out of the banking system. Such methods would most certainly attack conservative online media or individuals that voices contrary ideology. When government freezes ones funds, it is a death sentence to all those affected. Big Brother has arrived.

I don’t think there is anything conservative about using the N-word. Whatever one thinks about “free speech” the fact remains that it is legitimate for private agents in society to enact some standards of decency.

I can’t even imagine that saying the “N” word is considered conservative. It’s just hateful. But it’s stupid to punish someone to this extent, even though they were mighty stupid to say it. This isn’t the ‘30s!

Here's my message to Patreon:

I don't appreciate you or credit card companies dictating what legal products I can purchase or what legal activities I can support. We live in an electronic age and I expect that at some time in the future our government will have to step in and provide mechanisms for transfer of money without the threat of censorship.

Our money is labeled "This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private." I recommend that you adopt the same approach. When somebody steps up and dares to protect my rights and my privacy, they will be rewarded with all of my business.
