RE: they cannot stand to have anyone disagree with their particular view
I think it goes even deeper. They are sad miserable people who can’t stand that others don’t share their miserable existences.

With more latitude than a SCOTUS justice, lets stop calling them refs and start calling em what they really are: DUNGEON MASTERS.

Youd go home sober if you had to drink for every straight, normal white man/woman couple.Indeed.
I am pulling for the best man in football, Nicholas Foles! He is an incredible witness to Christ.
Gotta love Foles. The Eagles are very happy they kept him.

Phillip Rivers is as well, 8 kids, with #9 on the way, to his college sweetheart, never cusses, and you’d have to throw mud at him to get any kind of dirt on him.
Nunc Copei is his motto, and foundation.

Yes. He uses it on a play to play, drive to drive, and game to game, and even season to season reset.

Rivers came to a press conference on Monday wearing a cap with "nunc coepi" - Latin for "now I begin" - printed on it. And he really means it.
"This is really when it starts," Rivers said. "Yeah, we are going to lift, run and do all those things that you do -- different exercises and things you do to prevent injuries. But really, it's the time that you start to become a team. You start to develop that camaraderie, that trust and love for one another. I think this is when it really starts --when you spend that time together in the weight room and running those sprints and those kind of things."

Good for him. The NFL is all bums and sore winners
Funny that when the anti NFL Freepers boycott the league, they are ignoring and hurting the players like Rivera. I seem to recall seeing them(Christian players) gather after games to give fellowship in the middle of the field.
They must be unpatriotic, as well(/sarc)

Yeah...
It’s like this - if 98% of the military are decent folks, and 2% are abusers, dealing drugs, whatever, do you not support the 98% that is good?
Rivers is one I’ve watched from the day he was drafted (thank GOD the Chargers had enough sense to not keep that self-righteous Eli), and he’s done nothing but be a stand up guy.
Can you imagine talking smack as much as Rivers does, and NEVER saying a single curse word?
Think about that - 14 years, 12 as a starting QB, and never once saying foul language. On the field, OR off.
High moral fiber, indeed.
