Please join us as we welcome Dr. Lugo, who will share her work on a building movement called mobility justice, No thanks.
You go ahead, though.

Reading just the credentials, one has to ask, who cares what this idiot thinks. This “professor” will not survive civil war II.

Mobility Justice. Without knowing anything about it, I can confidently say I oppose it. I’m against it. Do not bring up the subject again.

Nowadays, anything with “justice” in the title is far from it.
That includes the department.

Please join us as we welcome Dr. Lugo, who will share her work on a building movement called mobility justice, the practice of accounting for the diverse vulnerabilities that individuals carry with them as they travel through shared public spaces. How can cities, including Austin, use mobility justice to guide future investment in transportation systems? What is Austin doing right now to offer more affordable mobility options for vulnerable populations and communities?
I don't know if I've ever seen so many progressive buzzwords crammed into one paragraph before. I also don't know how they avoided throwing the word "privilege" in.

I’m against it unless it’s about increased parking. I drove up there for a deposition off 6th Street a couple months ago. I drove around for almost half an hour looking for somewhere to park. Now that’s some injustice.

Unlimited free parking is a human right!

They can have my 64 Chevy when they can pry the steering wheel from my cold dead fingers. But then they’ll have my daughter to deal with that time comes.

When are these people going to learn that justice actually means a system where losers pay a high price for their indolence? :)
