A couple years ago I was watching the “New Scandinavian Cooking” TV Show on PBS. All episodes are filmed in the great outdoors of you guessed it...Scandinavia. Amazingly beautiful part of the world which is why we used to watch it, food not so much. Well when the host mention on this one episode that they would be grilling up delicious Beaver I switched between horror and laughter. Couldn't bear to watch it. Doesn't remotely sound good, switched the channel beautiful Fjord or not.
