It is not only not “happy”, it was stupid.
There are places and events under which you can legally use your weapons.
Under the law, this was not one.
Well, you say that, but it doesn’t appear as though the local police agree with you. The suspects in the store robbery were apprehended, not the citizens who shot out the tires.
Just saying.
Hopefully all the good guys involved had a bad case of amnesia the next morning.
Then the law is wrong.

These guys were pretty much idiots unless they pulled their guns after the car rammed someone.
