I believe the original TPIR host was Bill Cullen starting in the mid-1950s.

I swear that current host Drew Carey is trying to look like Cullen.

I must be confusing it with the 1970s revival? Host was Trebeck. Got caught on camera grabbing the showcase winners a$$.
