La Guardia had a power outage and delayed flights?
I had a weird thing happen last night. My Apple phone started reading my notifications too me, out of the blue. She wouldn’t stop until I turned off the sound on device.
I figured I must have accidentally hit a button or something. I wouldn’t have thought much of it, except a couple hours later, my wife’s iPhone started talking to her, too, out of the blue. It seems like something was going on, at least in our house, but maybe more widespread. I told her we’d probably read about it the next day. Haven’t seen anything yet.
I am in DC right now, visiting my daughter and our new grandchild. Uber driver had the news on, coming from the airport. It was very pro-Pelosi and all about how POTUS is on the ropes. The first thing that greeted our eyes when we got to our air-b&b room was a giant portrait of Ruth B G!
Obummer’s leafy presidential portrait is watching over the bed! And my daughter has a giant Hilliary poster in her apartment.
It’s really a case of “same planet, different worlds” here.
Despairing that all the subtle progress we are making will not be enough to ever convince the blue pill crowd.
