Why We Should Worry About the Cult of RBG

Great post, mairdie. I’ve posted recently about it before, but part of the attempt of building of that cult of RBG is the movie coming out about her.

I’ll take the opportunity to remark that Phyllis Schlafly was also a lawyer, and was attending Washington University in St. Louis during WWII. IIRC, she worked in a factory supporting the war effort at night, got off work, and went straight to class.
She was rather famous herself, having almost single handedly defeated the Equal Rights Amendment, and establishing the Eagle Forum. She was not a man hater or one to blame men - she got busy to do what needed doing-a credit to her gender, and indeed to all Americans.
And by the way, what about the First Supreme Lady on the Court-Sandra Day O’Conner? Head and shoulders above RBG. JMHO
