That was the point of the meme. All of those things are illegal. You can do all kinds of “illegal” things, like collect rainwater, since the government is shut down.

It’s ridiculous some of the rules these days. Oregon illegal to collect water, other states have taxes based on water run off/storm drainage - ie too much water not collected or seeping into ground ie too much concrete.

Some have strict rules regarding plants in front yard. Too bad if the front yard faces south-no planting veggies.

It’s anti - American - interfering with a person’s ability to be more self sufficient.
