California marijuana dispensaries reported record-high holiday sales this Christmas as pot products became popular stocking stuffers this holiday season.
Pot sales in the state soared in the first holiday season where recreational marijuana is legal in California, as many stores reported seeing five times the amount of customers they normally see.
One Sacramento-area store, All About Wellness, reported seeing more than 150 customers per day during the 2018 holiday shopping season. On average, the store sees 20 to 25 customers per day.
The increase in pot-hungry customers has also led to lines going out the door at stores.
Kysa Butler, who works as the general manager the Magnolia marijuana shop in Oakland, told KTVU on Monday that her store has received a steady flow of people with lines to get into her store.

Being in my 60’s, I asked my wife why the hell didn’t I get any pot for Christmas. She said I was too old, never smoked dope in the 60’s and 70’s and it’s illegal in our state. I said the kids don’t care about me and my sanity. She retorted “you don’t have any sanity” so with hurt feelings I gave up the argument. I did get a great pair of floor mats for my truck though. This pot thing is pretty complicated. Next year I’m going to ask for a water pipe, do they still make those? It’s hell to get old.
I think that could even be a federal crime.
So that’s what has happened to the minds of many political chatterers. They get high for a few years then phone home to the Ruskies.

I’m almost 67, I guess I can go the rest of my days without MJ. Mom died of cancer back in the 70’s. I bought MJ for her. She made brownies and tea.
No one should be able to legally purchase pot until they’re over 65 years old.
