Of course, people have been getting blood transfusions for a hundred years or so, and if people with gray hair found their original color returned after a blood transfusion from a younger donor, we probably would have noticed by now

Studies have been done showing all things being equal, the mortality rate is higher at one year for those who have received a blood transfusion over those who have not. This is not the fountain of youth and many be harmful.
